EHEPA is dedicated to improving the health andwell-being of Ethiopian citizens by promoting healthy behaviors, preventingdiseases, and supporting treatment seeking and adherence to services targetingboth communicable and non- communicable conditions, including maternal andchild health.In collaboration with UNICEF Ethiopia, EHEPA is conducting a study to assessthe existing capacity, barriers, and facilitators related to the planning,implementation, and monitoring of Social and Behavior Change (SBC)interventions within selected health and development organizations in AddisAbaba including Regional Health Bureaus. The study aims to strengthen thedesign, sustainability, and scale-up of SBC programs across sectors. Job Summary/Key Responsibilities The graphic designer swill be expected to: 1. The consultant will provide graphicdesign services to transform the provided draft project report into aprofessionally designed and visually appealing final report document. Obligation of the Graphic Designer a. Designthe Report Layout: Develop aprofessional layout for the project report, including page structure,typography, color scheme, and visual style consistent with the project ororganizational branding. b. Formatthe Content: Format theprovided draft report into a well-structured and visually organized document,including headings, subheadings, tables, charts, and text alignment. c. VisualElements: Create or refinevisual elements such as icons, infographics, charts, and illustrations toimprove clarity and presentation of the content. d. BrandingCompliance: Ensure thedesign aligns with the organization’s branding guidelines, including logos,colors, and fonts, if provided. e. Coverand Section Design: Designan attractive cover page and section divider pages where appropriate. f. Revisions: Revise the design based on feedback providedby the client until the final version is approved. g. QualityAssurance: Ensureconsistency in formatting, spacing, visual hierarchy, and overall readabilitythroughout the report. h. FinalDeliverables: Submit thefinal designed report in agreed formats (e.g., editable source file, PDF forprinting, and/or web-ready version). i. TimelyDelivery: Complete andsubmit the designed report within the agreed timeline.
