Membership Type and Fees

A regular member (full member) means a professional who has at least a first degree or a master’s degree or a third degree in health promotion, health communication or health care education or who is working in a related field and who is registered as a regular or lifetime individual according to the rules of the professional association. . Regular members shall consist of members who have been approved by the decision of the general assembly of the professional association in accordance with these regulations.
Any Ethiopian who meets the following criteria can become a regular member.
1. One who believes in the purpose and goal of the association and aims for the profession of health promotion Attended education and has certification/evidence
2. The age of 18 years and above
3. The management regulations of the association as well as the regulations issued periodically by the general assembly Accepts and implements rules of conduct.The fees and membership fees agreed upon by the members of the General Assembly from time to time
4. Able to pay contributions Not limited by law Able to contribute to the purpose of the association and the work it is engaged in
An associate member can become an associate member who accepts these bylaws, completes a membership application form and pays the required dues. Eligible to become an Associate Member:
1. Those who are engaged in another professional field and support the work of the professional association can become associate members
2. Associate members shall not have the right to elect, vote or vote in the association
3. Any associate members shall pay the fees and membership dues agreed upon by the General Assembly from time to time.
1. Individuals or organizations who are not members of the association and who have contributed significantly to the implementation of the purpose of the charity organization, who are engaged in the areas where the professional association works and are effective and role models for change, and who are highly accepted by the members of the professional association, will be made honorary members by the decision of the executive committee.
2. They do not have the right to choose, be elected and vote in the association.
3. Honorary members shall not be obligated to pay membership dues and other fees, except on their own initiative.

2. Subject to the above, Lifetime Members may make additional financial contributions at their discretion
1. Health promotion, health communication, health education or related health Professionals with a bachelor’s degree and above

5. Any student member cannot vote or be elected Not limited by law There is no moral problem in the school where they are studying
