Description

The Ethiopian Health Education and Promotion Professionals
Association (EHEPA) is a legally registered Civil Society Organization,
established in December 2021. EHEPA is dedicated to improving the health and
well-being of Ethiopian citizens by promoting healthy behaviors, preventing
diseases, and supporting treatment seeking and adherence to services targeting
both communicable and non- communicable conditions, including maternal and
child health.
In collaboration with UNICEF Ethiopia, EHEPA is conducting a study to assess
the existing capacity, barriers, and facilitators related to the planning,
implementation, and monitoring of Social and Behavior Change (SBC)
interventions within selected health and development organizations in Addis
Ababa including Regional Health Bureaus. The study aims to strengthen the
design, sustainability, and scale-up of SBC programs across sectors.

Job Summary/Key Responsibilities

The graphic designer s
will be expected to:

1. The consultant will provide graphic
design services to transform the provided draft project report into a
professionally designed and visually appealing final report document.

Obligation of the Graphic Designer

a.    
Design
the Report Layout:
Develop a
professional layout for the project report, including page structure,
typography, color scheme, and visual style consistent with the project or
organizational branding.

b.    
Format
the Content:
Format the
provided draft report into a well-structured and visually organized document,
including headings, subheadings, tables, charts, and text alignment.

c.    
Visual
Elements:
Create or refine
visual elements such as icons, infographics, charts, and illustrations to
improve clarity and presentation of the content.

d.    
Branding
Compliance:
Ensure the
design aligns with the organization’s branding guidelines, including logos,
colors, and fonts, if provided.

e.    
Cover
and Section Design:
Design
an attractive cover page and section divider pages where appropriate.

f.     
Revisions: Revise the design based on feedback provided
by the client until the final version is approved.

g.    
Quality
Assurance:
Ensure
consistency in formatting, spacing, visual hierarchy, and overall readability
throughout the report.

h.    
Final
Deliverables:
Submit the
final designed report in agreed formats (e.g., editable source file, PDF for
printing, and/or web-ready version).

i.     
Timely
Delivery:
Complete and
submit the designed report within the agreed timeline.

Required
Qualifications & Skills

· A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.
· Prior experience in Graphics Design is appreciated.
· Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills.
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
